Custom Perl/PHP Script

I am looking for a Perl script that will duplicate the functionality found here: [login to view URL] Relative links describing the code used can be found here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] One additional function would be to send the parameters to the website script and the barcode image will be returned to be saved as a file. Please let me know if additional information is needed or something needs elaborated. Update: I have modified the bid to include PHP if it can accomplish the same objective described above.
