PayPal Cart Manager Program

Project "PayPal Cart Manager Program" I am asking for script design, upload and installation. The final program will enable me to log-in to the admin page online, make any changes to the header and footer files, make categories, upload new items, delete or change images, edit items or delete items from a small online store of less than 100 products in all. The program will be usable on any platform (unix/windows servers) and it must dynamically create an output that complies with the PayPal Shopping Cart Program. The output of the script will be both an "include" to writable HTML pages and/or generated pages using the following outline: Example output: -- [[login to view URL]] for script generated pages -- [left side, content/store catalog, 75%] (a) item title (b) item picture/image thumbnail (c) item description and "more info" link (d) item price (e) add to shopping cart button (f) "view cart" link (g) go to "checkout"link -- [right sidebar, 25%] (a) cart summary "titles" (b) total accumulated cost summary (c) link to "view cart" (d) link to "checkout" -- [[login to view URL]] for script generated pages For each item the script will generate an individual HTML page for the "more details" link. And each item will be included in the gallery view of the selected store category (using a thumnail image and title, price). The [left side, content/store catalog, 75%] and [right sidebar, 75%] (optionally top/bottom) will also be an "include" for prebuilt HTML pages (at my option, as needed) For example, a small line of text that "includes" the store based on the category name. This gives me the option of using the store on other websites (i.e. [login to view URL], yahoo stores, etc.). The script will have three main functions and Will work using the PayPal Cart program: A. Admin Manager Function (password, online use: ADMIN) --------------------- Admin Manager allows admin to submit the "header.txt" and "footer.txt" in text boxes for "ALL ScRIPT GENERATED PAGES" The store content will be submitted automatically BETWEEN the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for all GENERATED pages of the store. The store "contents" will include a sidebar or (right side) that contains the shopping cart info (cart contants summary, total, etc). The script also generates category specific "include" link URL: Example: [login to view URL] Each category will have it's own page created by the script. Each page will have a neatly organized CATALOG of all items in category. Each item will have its own individual "details" page. B. Admin Upload Individual Item Function (for online use: ADMIN) --------------------- Allows Seller to log-in and upload items for sale by... (using paypal cart system) (a) selecting category (drop-down menu) (b) then item title (short text box) (c) then item picture upload from directory (browse harddrive) up to three pictures (c.1) also, thumbnail upload select (browse harddrive) only one thumbnail (d) then item description details (text box) (e) item price (text box) The uploaded item will have two outputs: (1) a webpage for the complete item description (detailed) and image with a link to buy via paypal shopping cart, and (2) the item will be added to the online catalog in the proper category with a simple link to "add to cart". Script will incorporate PAYPAL CART SYSTEM. All output will comply with the PAYPAL cart system requirements. C. Shopping Cart Function (for online use: BUYER/USER) --------------------- PayPal cart system will collect data for sales (Item Number, quantity, shipping info and email to admin, bill via paypal account and send both "buyer" and "admin" email confirming sale) I believe paypal cart already does this! If the finished program works effectively for my store application for the trial period of 90 days, then I will optionally pay an additional amount equal to the original bid amount we agree upon to you for the exclusive resale rights and copyright of the program.
