I need a site built that consists of the following: A user can request a "product or service" they will fill out a preformatted form that will upload into a category based on their selection. "members" can then respond with their offers The site requires a "(consumer)" login for consumers to post their request and a seperate login for "members" to respond to the consumer. Anyone can browse through the categories, they cannot post a response to the user unless they are a seller. This site does not need to accept payments. The site should have a similar look to getafreelancer.com. I am not looking for any graphics with this project, that will be in the next phase, Just the main layout + programming.
