Convert Photoshop PSD Brochures to InDesign CS2

The job requires converting 6 pages worth of Photoshop PSD source files into Adobe InDesign CS2 format. The Photoshop PSD source files are about 25 MB each and are fully layered (both text and image layers). They can be viewed at [login to view URL] 2 additional PSD source files of similar quality and likeness will be given to the successful applicant (for a total of 6 pages). The finished Adobe InDesign CS2 files must have *identical, properly placed images & text elements *matching colors *all text linked to an .xml file using the InDesign CS2 import function *make full use of InDesign CS2 text tables for the pseudo-tables done in Photoshop *images should be of equal quality to the source file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
