Adobe Captivate Courseware Conversion to Mobile Device(repost)

I have a project to convert courseware developed using the Adobe Captivate program (output is flash) to be playable on mobile devices. This effort will involve converting 1 lesson - if successful I have a large amount of additional lessons that need to be converted. The lesson currently consists of 4 flv videos, which will need to be played on ALL of the devices listed below. At the end of each video there is a multiple choice question that needs to be answered correctly. If the question is not answered correctly, the user is redirected back to the beginning of the video. If correct, the user advances to the next video. The developer will need to resize and design an interface that is optimized for the mobile device on which it will be played. It is envisioned that a version of the courseware will be created for each device, and the user will access the courseware by selecting the device that they have. The presumption is that the courseware will be accessed through the web browser on the device. The use of web APIs that have a similar "look and feel" to the device accessing the courseware is encouraged (example: web API that allows the user to "flick" as in a native iphone application). The courseware must support the following devices: - Iphone - Ipad - Droid - Blackberry The courseware will be hosted on a standalone IIS server.
