Attach blog to main site

Hi guys, Check out my site: [login to view URL] I have the code and icons - one icon needs to be slightly adapted - to implement a blog into my site, but I cannot seem to figure it out. The blog is custom. I'll give you a list of a few items that need to be removed from the blog page, and i'm not sure I know how to access the control panel to make blog entries either. I need someone to come in and tweak and fix a few things to get it up and running. I have my own newsletter signup code that needs to go in also, which you will have to alter the css slightly for it to match. I'll give the full list of things to the winning bidder.
