Automatic chat simulator for training employees

We need a web based solution that we can use to train new and current employees to learn and get better at their job of providing chat support for our customers. Basically your solution will act like a customer coming on to a site supported by one of our employees. The solution should be capable of understanding responses by our employee and respond appropriately. The goal would be to have the solution score the employee on the job they did. Each employee should be able to log in so they can see their scores and spend time training. This is not a job for someone who only knows programming. You must understand how to construct a simulator solution like this and have ideally already done something like this. So if you don't understand how to do a job like this, you should not apply to this post. Good luck bidding! ## Deliverables The solution should provide a wizard that asks questions to help it "learn" what it's supposed to say, how it's supposed to say it, and what it needs to create different scenarios for the sake of providing a realistic chat conversation so employees are properly trained.
