Banner Ad Maker

Need web based based software made ASAP. The end product will be several different toolsin one interface. My partner on this project has made most of these, but had some difficulty creating the final tool: a banner ad making program. THIS WILL BE YOUR TASK = banner ad making program We want a quite simple tool that makes banner ads. It should be VERY user friendly, something like a basic photoshop or snagit editor: [login to view URL] The user should be able to create SIMPLE banners like these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It is important that the user can also upload and resize any images they may wish to include. These are the basic functions - User can add text - User can add pictures - User can place these elements anywhere they want to on the banner - User can change colour, font name and font size of text. - XP and Vista-style buttons must be very easy to create/ insert - user should be able to add scroll bar to banner ad - please advise if this is an issue - basic shapes such as arrows, squares and circles would be a nice addition - preloaded banner sizes to make it easier for newbies It may be best if it is done as a 'Wizard'. E.g.: step 1: add text step 2: add pictures step 3: finish. This needs to be easy, easy, easy to use We may need some help integrating all of the different tools we have on one interface. I'll let you know if that is the case. For now it is important to be aware that this is one of two or three tools that we aim to have in one interface. Let me know if you feel you can make this easily and quickly and give me a quote for the TOTAL cost of making this banner tool. This needs to be completed quickly, but it needs to be done right. Here are the banner sizes: 728x90 468x60 125x125 120x600 160x600 300x250 User MUST be able to save the banners for future use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache Server
