Basic Web Design

Seeking a web designer in the Massachusetts/Rhode Island area to build a VERY VERY basic site for me.

I need the following added to my URL purchased through GoDaddy.com.

1.? Need logo enlarged and centered on the top of the main page (I provide logo).

2.? Need 2 paragraphs of text added (I provide text).

3.? Need email account set up with the site.

4.? ? Need a pdf document to be linked to the site.

5.? Need a place where people interested in the site can provide their name, email address, and phone # to sign up for future updates.

This should be very basic.? Let me know what tools you will be using to create this and what you will need from me.
