Blog Posting Script

I have 500 wordpress blogs spread out over 250 different IP's. I want to have a service where users can login to their control panel and paste a long list of urls into a box or some type of an editor. Then they should also select a time interval that they want to post at. 6 minutes being the minimum. Then at whatever time interval they have selected the script or program would grab 5 urls from their list and post them with or in article or short blog post across all 500 blogs. The links don't have to be placed in the post, they could simply be at the end of the post like "other resources" then the 5 links but if there is some way to post them in the content that would be great.

I am not sure how this could be done, xml rpc, rss, email? I'm not sure? But I am thinking that some sort of php script could be installed on each domain that would be connected to the main site where users login to and be executed via a cron job.

The content would be pulled from a database of some sort filled with plr articles. We have well over 200k articles already so we would provide all of the content. This way users don't have to worry about anything except for pasting in their urls and setting a time interval, the system handles the rest. If there is any way to spin or translate content to make it semi unique before posting them to the blogs that would be great.

The way it is supposed to work is that each user simply pastes in their urls and then at the time interval that they have selected the article, along with their links gets posted to all of the 500 blogs.

We are expecting at least 300 or more users so the script has to work properly and efficiently and ensure that users urls are being posted. If there are any more questions about the project please feel free to contact me.
