Build a website

Cost to build an affilate website from a "free" website offer. I liked the appearance of this site and also the products. This is a 'Review Site' where you give clients the choice of three. I have the some of the pages already on my URL but unfortunately they are not complete. The reason I cannot complete is this is my first attempt at building a website and I could not understand all of the instructions in the control panel,nor it give the upload instructions.
