Change my Communa 3 Joomla template

Dear Coders, I have a joomla site [login to view URL] which is using communa3 of template plazza. I want to make the following modification to the site just like the following site [login to view URL]: 1. The Header part. Put my Websitename as a Text logo there with some caption. I will provide that. 2. You can see I have left and right columns side by side. I need to put one more module position just above left+right. 3. Menu needs to be changed just like the above site. [login to view URL] ground color again to the color of the above site but that does not include content. Content will be with white back ground. 5. text color (heading body etc) 6. Bottom module colors. I will provide your the template and you will modify it in your system and send me back. show me the demo if possible before you send it to me. Thanks all. Happy bidding. Raj
