We require a website for a charity, with CMS (content management).
News page needs to be able to add new news items through the CMS. These news items will need to be organised so that when new items are entered, older items are pushed further back in the news archive section.
There also needs to be a basic user interface where members can login with a login name and password. From there they will be able to download different pdf’s that the administrator will add through the CMS.
Essentially, there will be 3 page templates (attached):

We will provide all graphic design and layouts in the form of psd's. We will also provide the content for approximately 13 pages which you will enter.
It needs to be very simple and easy to use, preferably with valid XHTML and CSS. The CMS we have previously worked with was GL Fusion, and we found this easy to use, so ideally we would like you to create the CMS using this cart, but we are open to other suggestions on carts that you recommend. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo.
I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
Only bid if you can provide links to sites you have completed and if those sites are good looking and professional in design we will ask to see examples of admin panels/content management systems.
