Convert Flash Site to Joomla(repost)

I have a website that the front end is in Flash and the backend is Xcart (php). The web address is: [url removed, login to view] I want to convert the front and back end to Joomla. I have the psd for the new design so it only needs to be converted to Joomla and then have the Joomla ext installed.
The back end currently is for an online catering business. I want to use the VirtueMart Component (and several other Joomla components to implement into the site. There will be some customization required, and I want to work with someone that is an expert in Joomla, Php and Fabrik as I want to develop customized forms. All in I want to change the site into an online ordering system for the Catering Business and Pizza Restaurant. I want to have inventory control, order management, order tracking, gps tracking, orders of customers saved for future re-orders, and sms confirmation and ordering. Those are the main components. There are a couple of more. 95% of what I need Joomla has components and/or extensions for. The rest will be customization and integration provided by you.
