Create WP theme

Please look at the current theme. <p> [login to view URL] <p> I want one similar to that however with the following changes. <p> <strong>This page should be designed to look like a website NOT a BLOG</strong> <p> New header image, should fade like the old one. <p> Change color scheme to an Aqua Blue that matches this site color [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] we will also be using a logo from that site. This logo should be a link that leads to [login to view URL] <p> I will also need to have spaces for Adsence code, YouTube video code, affiliate products, and space to insert an opt in form. (I will detail the location of these to the winner) I will provide all code. <p> I will also be adding sales pages for products and will need a general page that I can copy and edit to add the products later. <p> Last I will need you to go to the weather channel and get me a weather ticker and place that on the page. <p> I think that is it. I expect the designer to work with me until the layout is as I want, however I will try to be very reasionable in my requests. ## Deliverables This is a WordPress template that needs to be created. Please ask if you have any questions. I do not want there to be any misunderstandings between us and I want this to go as quickly and smoothly as possible.
