Some tweaks to the Foreclosure Tracking System previously finished for me. These improvements are derived from unforeseen usability issues which will increase accuracy and speed.
## Deliverables
Modify an existing website with the following. The website is live right now so we will need to figure out a way to backup the data currently in it. Attached is the existing webpage with an excel spreadsheet to populate the database.
Fix errors:
* Correct 1 error in 1 report. Report #1c shows data from 2010... I do not believe the 120 day calculation is accurate.
Add new features and fields to the database:
* add "list_price" field, unlocked by field "mls"
* rename "mls_date" to "list_date"
* add "mls_status" field... options are "pending", "sold", "withdrawn", and "expired"
* if mls_status = "sold", then unlocks a "mls_sold_amt" and a "mls_sold_date" fields
* create "last_checked" field with a date the user will enter.
* create a floating header row (or header row every 30-50 rows)
Create a new report:
* report number of properties held by a unique "L" value... grab unique bank name, count the number of records, then click on number to see all the properties. uses same date filters as previously created
Updated reports:
* add column to Report #2: "win_bid" minus "list price" calculation
* add column for auction to sold calculation, if status = sold (sold price minus auction sold price = this column)
* create filters for "mls_status", with same date filters and array at the bottom of the page
