I need a page for a website where visitors can rate their experience with the business.
Just a simple guestbook type page where the visitors can enter their name, choose a rating from a drop down, something like 1 to 5 stars, and then a text box where they enter their comments. Would also need a captcha box and admin approval or ability to remove posts through admin page.
Something like this free script, advance guestbook [url removed, login to view]
But it would need to have the 1 to 5 star ratings, the advance guestbook script does everything I need BUT DOES NOT add the star ratings to each comment.
I will provide payment after I see a working sample page.
