A website that creates websites

A website that people would go on which would actually create a website personalized for them, but would utilize and share many of the features of my current website.? The individual would be able to upload their photo, choose among a number of themes or background colors.? They would have a blog, an area to ask questions. The website would also have 2 tabs, that would then open 2 different websites “in frame?? inside this new website.? In this way they could enter a URL of their present website that they may have that could also run inside this new website.? On the setup to create this website, they would enter their current website URL and what the tab would say that would bring up this website. The 2nd tab would be to another personalized site that I already made for each of these new individuals.? Therefore, I would either need access to enter the URL that is personalized for them or setup an automatic system to grab the personalized URL. Each individual’s site would also utilize an autoresponder such as VarPro.? The autoresponder would share the emails but would automatically install their information (name, phone, email etc).? It is important that you have some knowledge of how these autoresponder software systems like VarPro work and are integrated into these multiple websites. I will send in depth details in a WORD document with sample of what the site will look like and a similar site.
