Build website for my GoDaddy domain that will show Korean written characters too

Hello, I'm based in New York.

1. PROBLEMS WITH KOREAN WRITTEN CHARACTERS

My website at GoDaddy doesn't display Korean written characters: [url removed, login to view]

Check top left of website. See the blue writing? Korean written characters! But the only way I could get these to appear was by using a jpeg image. (Background info from GoDaddy support staff is pasted into the deliverables section below)

2. THE WEBSITE ITSELF

- Good SEO is all-important, so I require 'clean' programming. Nothing thrown together in a WYSIWYG editor (which is what I currently have! My own work!) The programming needs to be 3WC compliant. (As far as I know, that's the website programming standard that most people are adhering to in order to ensure good SEO?).

- No fancy Flash intros

- The current website's structure (4 pages) and layout is OK for now. No graphic design necessary.

Once I write a few more paragraphs of English text and decide where to place approx. 20 more jpeg photos, I want you to take the website as it now stands and replicate it using Dreamweaver or whatever. Once the long English main page is translated into Korean and German, I want those pages put live too. Same layout as English page, you just take the content and copy it into whatever layout you used for the English page.

So what's:

a. your price for the above?

b. your price for any future adjustments to text?

c. who owns the code on my website if I want to change to a new developer?

Thanks. D.S.

**BACKGROUND INFO FROM GODADDY SUPPORT STAFF ABOUT KOREAN CHARACTERS PROBLEM**

GoDaddy: "Website Tonight cannot be used to create a page on my website that displays Korean written characters… You would need to cancel your Website Tonight account, purchase a Dedicated Server and upload a langauge pack."

ME: "WOW !!!!! just to be able to show Korean writing on my website! Rather a large jump in costs. It makes me seriously consider leaving GoDaddy altogether, which I don't want to have to do. Also, will I be able to use a different page designer (eg. Dreamweaver or something) and then once the page has been designed, upload that to my GoDaddy domain?"

GoDaddy: "I can understand your concern with the expense for the hosting. The trouble is the Korean language on the server, much like a language package on your local computer. You would have to install the language pack effecting everything on that server in the way of language. Non of are shared hosting packages have a capability to install languages. You might be able to locate a third party shared hosting where everyone on that server is tied to a Korean language, but if you could not find a shared hosting you would have to have a dedicated server with this language pack setup just for you. On you second part of your questions concerning the programs to design your site like Dreamweaver. No, we would not be able to upload to Website Tonight since it is a template based hosting. You could upload to are shared hosting using dreamweaver or an FTP Client within the hosting account. Some popular FTP clients are: FileZilla. If you are using Windows XP [I am!], you can create a network connection to your Web site. Please use the following link to view a video tutorial on how to set this up…."
