All in One ultimate social networking website

Hello i am looking to build the ultimate all in one, one-stop social networking website which can be used by people as well as businesses alike. papervision3D will used for the user interface, and it will hold all this type of functions using PHP,API...etc: --users can pick a papervision3d template they can customise for their home page ie: [login to view URL] and will have a personal email box ie: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -custom access to their favorite social networking sites through a single log in/page -PC to PC voip and video conferencing via widget embedding -share videos and pictures via hyperlink uploading from other sites -peer to peer file sharing -online gaming via embedding or a number of simple but fun papervision3d custom games -stream live to the website from mobile phone (via an app)/tv streaming...etc -bussineses can advertise,conduct surveys, news and blogs,announce new products in their own dedicated area. ALL these functions are important for this project, so you must have the skills to be able to embed them in the website,or by some clever programming (PHP/API...etc). The idea is to 1) pick the best of social networking sites 2) offer users more features and functions then ever before 3) build a database of unique visitors 4) get businesses to advertise and get closer to consumers !! just to clarify, im not looking for a copycat, like-for-like kind of website. i want to take advantage of whats already out there and add my own vision on the user interface and site interaction so that the final product is hopefully a website which is EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE and looks user-friendly,fun and futuristic !!! a matching mobile app for all major mobile OSs will also need to be build for the website which will offer some of the website features This is an ambitious and challenging project so if you have the experience, creativity and skills to build such a website then i'd love to hear from you with your best quote for your work and how much time is required for a finished project (by the way,im not in any hurry, so you can take your time doing it !! ). this is in brief what its all about, i am in contact with other design companies who confirmed IT CAN BE DONE so im comparing quotes and it is important that you quote me with your absolute best package in order to be selected !
