Custom Autoresponder Site Development

I need for a group to provide management and implementation of this project. I would like a website developed and built to provide marketing opportunities (by the way of auto-responder messages) for business owners (from a chosen niche) -The site must allow users to subscribe to the service (at multiple levels based on list size) -Must be able to use custom fields based on form information. -Must include pre-written auto-responder messages (editable) -Must be able to choose send date based on DATE or HOLIDAY -Must be able to define reminders (send 2 weeks before christmas) -Must be able to define fields/messages (all list, this entry only) -Users must be able to develop html page within the site, and use the html doc in an email (page could be birthday product specials, and get sent out with all "birthday" emails... when user edits the html doc, the updated version get's send embedded in the "birthday" email. So, basically, The user should be able to subscribe to the service (payment via Paypal/CC), and develop a list with pre-defined fields (Wifes name, wifes birthday, anniversary, etc.) and be able to ADD custom fields and definitions, so for example, the "birthday" email will send out 2 weeks before "wifes birthday" reminding client that it's coming, and will suggest a few gifts (that are defined in the custom html page created by client). I hope this makes sense. I need full development of this project. Site, scripts, code, logo, everything.
