CSV to MYSQL to Daily Newsfeed

I’m creating a daily newsfeed website that will publish the following groups of information each day… 1. Images – an image that links to an article (on mouseover should show the article’s title) 2. Articles – a traditional article with a title followed by an short excerpt 3. Noteworthy –an excerpt from an article only 4. Press releases – a traditional press release The formatting is shown in [login to view URL] When you click the link, a new tab will open the url. Like [login to view URL] a bar will be at the top so that people can rate the article or flag the article. This bar should also include things like share on google+, facebook, or linkedin. You should also be able to close the bar. See the [login to view URL] After each line a list of tags should be shown. Users should be able to click a tag and get more articles with that tag. After each article a number should also be shown that indicates the number of times a user has clicked on the article. All of this information is in a CSV file with the following header on the file – IMAGE_URL, ARTICLE_URL, ARTICLE_TITLE, ARTICLE_DATE, SUMMARY_LINE_1, SUMMARY_LINE_2, SUMMARY_LINE_3, TAG1, TAG2, TAG3, TAG4, TAG5. See sample.csv. What is not yet delineated is whether a line in the csv file is an image article, a article, a noteworthy, or a press release. Also, the quality of the text in each field may not be correct. Therefore, before any article is published, it must be reviewed by humans. So there needs to be a field “article_type”, “published”, and “count” in the mysql db. I need a coder to do the following… 1. create a MYSQL database for the data 2. create a front end that displays the articles – generated from the mysql data. This file should be structured so that if you show [login to view URL] (or php) then all the articles on month 1, day 1, on year 2012 are displayed. 3. Create a back end work flow that allows me to edit each line entry in the csv file (including the text), select which type of article the entry is, and publish the article. Because there are over 1000 articles in just two months, this work flow page should be easy to use. I’d like the site to be minimalistic. Also, I’d like you to code the sites with CSS so that its easy for me to change the look and feel. The site should be in 3 columns – left column reserved for the date and tag clouds, the center being the main content, and the right being reserved for google ads.
