Build a complete website PHP/MySQL/Backend

We need backend! [login to view URL] is an adult, softcore site featuring solo busty models. We need you to convert our frontend template into a fully running, working, operating website that members can join and we can start making back $$$$. We need: 1. A place for people to sign up to join the site. 2. The ability for members to create their own username and password (or have a password e-mailed to them) 3. The ability for there to be a secret, members-only area that requires a working username and password to access. 4. Encrypt user credit card and personal information. Ya know, all the normal stuff that an adult site would require. :) We need someone who can do PHP and MySQL. We want to use either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] to do the credit card processing. Memberships will be either a 1 time charge and they get 1 month of membership or the option to have recurring payments every month.
