For a client we want a very simple CRM to a callcenter. You are welcome to customize a opensource and install it on their in house win2012 server.
They are using oyatel softphone to call with but would like to make the call directly from the crm.
They get excel lists from clients and call the clients customers to upgrade internet, sell them more tv channels and more.....
Basic features is:
Call from crm
upload lists, mostly excel
email communication with customers
autosave and rename recording of sale confirmation.
Make notes on customers
And all kind of stats. call stats, sales stats ....
I would like to work with someone that have experience with this. I will pay 15-20 USD pr hour but want estmated total price. This will be an ongoing job as they want to add more features when they need them.
It must be very user friendly and they want it in Norwegian. I can translate if you send a list of words or translate in the application.
