Cold Fusion with Stored Procedures and Database Development

We have a cold fusion project. A client of ours has a Cold Fusion website, and needs to make some changes. This will start as a small project, but could have larger changes in the future (depending on how you do). WHAT WE NEED ########### The site is written in ColdFusion, using a SQL database. Alot of the site calls stored procedures. So, we need someone who knows how to create/edit cold fusion code, and make changes to the database (and any stored procedures being used). This first project involves editing our STAFF page. Right now, our staff is stored in a table in our database. The staff is organized into 4 categories. We need to add a 5th category. So, here is what needs to be done... 1. The database needs to be modified with this 5th category. 2. Stored procedures need to be edited to notice this 5th categories 3. The staff page needs to be edited to show the results of this 5th category. 4. The admin page for staffing needs to be edited (a 5 category needs to be added to the staff category pulldown) OTHER REQUIREMENTS ################ In addition, all changes would be made on our BETA server. A separate company hosts the live site, and will have to DUPLICATE any changes that you make to the BETA server. So, you need to keep a list of any SQL queries that you made, and a list of file names that you edited on the BETA server. This is a pain, but it is how our client chooses to do things. OTHER REQUIREMENTS ################ We have tried outsourcing to other countries in the past, and have been extremely unsuccessful. We would prefer only applicants that are based in the United States. We also only want people who speak FLUENT english, as communication has been an issue in the past as well. We prefer people who have high rankings on this site.
