You must have proof of prior published WordPress plugin experience. Facebook API experience necessary.
SUMMARY:
This Wordpress plugin will integrate with the Facebook API and send FB notifications to a list of subscribers. Subscribers signup through an optin link generated by plugin. Notifications can be sent immediately, scheduled, or in an autoresponder fashion. Scheduled and AR notifications will require end-user to schedule a cron job to run your PHP routine.
There will be three product levels; features and caps tied to product level. A licensing function must be created, where the plugin won't work unless a valid license is submitted.
End-user will be supplied steps and data for setting up a Facebook app (eg, app domains, canvas URL, etc). Each Facebook app corresponds to a single "list" inside plugin. List setup includes optional 3rd party email autoresponder integration. After a list is created, its optin link will be generated and must be usable anywhere.
Knowledge of Facebook tokens required. By default, a FB token is valid for 60 days unless renewed. There is a method to renew tokens programmatically and it will be required.
Basic stats, exporting list data, and subscriber and log maintenance screens required. I have drafted a clean, simple design composed of 5 menu options and will provide these to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
This plugin will be for resale with future updates already planned. Accordingly, code should be clean, well commented, and designed for wide server compatibility. Code quality is very important. All code must be original.

To clarify my meaning about a "licensing function": the programmer will NOT need to develop a custom licensing system. Instead, the plugin will integrate with a popular 3rd party licensing solution to activate, check, and validate license key.
