Custom Keyword Research & SEO Competition Analyzer Tool

Hi there, I need a good programmer to quickly develop a software/program for me that does the following: ***BACKGROUND*** I make money online by building websites and monetizing them by selling stuff to people. For example if someone searches for "best baby stroller" then I create a website about baby strollers, review the best ones, and link to [login to view URL] with an affiliate link and when someone buys a stroller I get a percentage of Amazon's profit. The key to this strategy is finding keywords that are easy to rank for in Google. For example if I wanted to rank for "best sports car" I would have way too strong competition like [login to view URL] etc... so I wouldn't rank in the Top results on Google, people wouldn't find my site and I wouldn't make a dirty cent. So anyway, that's my strategy in a nutshell: I have to find keywords that are easy to rank for in order to earn money. For this, I need to do the following thing: 1, Go to [login to view URL] and type in the keyword I want to research (let's use "best baby stroller" as an example) 2, I need to check how powerful the domains are that rank in the Top 10 3, I need to check what types of sites rank in the top 10 For checking the authority (power) of a domain I use a metrics called Domain Authority, developed by [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It ranks a website from 1-100 where 100 is the score of super-powerful domains like Google, Facebook etc For me to be able to rank in the Top 10 results, I need that the sites that rank in the Top 10 have lowish DA metrics (i.e.: low competition). In other words, I need to find at least 3 sites in the top 10 that have a DA under 35 For checking what types of domains rank: I don't want to see Wikipedia, educational and government sites ranking, because that means very high authority sites rank in the top results, and my little site wouldn't rank. So if I manually check the top results I need to: 1, Check the top 10 results for the keyword I type in 2, Check how many sites have a DA of 35 or lower 3, Check what types of sites rank As you can imagine, this is a very time consuming job, that's why I'd like to hire someone (you) to develop a program for it. ****************** The program should do the following: 1, I enter a keyword 2, It checks what the top 10 results are in Google for that keyword 3, It check the Domain Authority of the top 10 results 4, It checks how many of the top 10 results have .edu or .gov in the URL 5, It checks how many of the top 10 results are very powerful and well known domains like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc... I would supply this list of websites. 6, It uses an algorithm to rate the keyword based on the above results from 1 - 100 (1 being very easy to rank for and 100 being very difficult to rank for). I would tell you the exact algorithm later, but I think this would be the easier part of the job (a simple equation that takes into account how many sites have a DA under 35, how many results don't have .gov or .edu in the URL etc...)
