I want to give customers of [url removed, login to view] the ability to build a list of items, and then request a quotation for them. I have installed the "Wishlist 5.0" contribution, but need a little help refining the code.

Firstly, I want to remove the destination email boxes from [url removed, login to view] and have the form send automatically to a pre-defined email address instead.

Secondly, I want to force users to be logged in before the ability to send is enabled (OK to compile their wish list, but must then log in to actually send it).

Thirdly, I want to incorporate captcha into the [url removed, login to view] file
