Data visualisation in d3 -- 2

The project is to develop an interactive data visualisation using d3.js using the data files uploaded. the chart should be a interactive animated bubble chart that shows the change over time the interactivity should be over controlling the year via a scroll bar or something similar Important: I want to the chart to be as close as possible to [login to view URL] but using the data provided to go in the following axis: the gdp (us dollars) should be on the x axis the infant mortality rate should be on the y axis and the size of the bubble should represent the government spend on health per person (us dollars) you may have to manipulate the datafiles slightly since the data required is in two different sheets. Side notes: this needs to be done ASAP i will be using Xampp to test the files The code should be well commented understandable to a low level programmer Clearly state in the comments where the axis is being assigned.
