Debian Sendmail [login to view URL] dsn=5.6.0, stat=Data format error

Using php and sendmail I cannot send email to any users on pacbell.net. From my [url removed, login to view] the Pacbell relay servers "relay=[url removed, login to view]" seem to be the culprit giving the "dsn=5.6.0, stat=Data" format error. Help me fix this. I can send email to gmail users no problem. I am using the current version of Debian Lenny with PHP 5 with a static IP address. There is no RDNS issue and the domain name resolves to the IP address. Apache 2 is running no problems. None of the following GOOGLE'd "solutions" work for me: 1) Pacbell says none of my ports are blocked (25 is open) 2) [url removed, login to view] # Munged Internet host table... # 127.0.0.1 [url removed, login to view] localhost 199.11.241.5 [url removed, login to view] havoc ... where the last line is replaced with my IP address and FQDN (fully-qualified domain name) 3) Pacbell Authoritative DNS servers updated with IP (previously I just had my domain name registrar propagate the RDNS) No SSH access to my test server as I do not give access to anyone. Anything you need done I will do as quickly as possible as I have physical access to the server.
