Digital Form/Workflow/API Integration for SalesForce & Quickbooks/Mobile Compatible

Hello, We have a specific workflow that we need put into existence digitally. It needs to integrate with Quickbooks and SalesForce.com. We need our digital form to automatically fill out forms in the crm and the crm needs to automatically be linked to quickbooks. This digital form will be filled out in the field on a mobile device (more than likely a tablet). If it is filled out on that, the form will need to be mobile friendly on our website. Once that digital form is filled out, there needs to be a workflow process that will automatically send the job to inspection. Once the inspection is completed (we will eventually have a digital form for inspections that will need to be linked to the customer account), the workflow needs to push to the estimating stage. Once the estimate is completed, it needs to be pushed to the approval stage in management... so on and so forth until final billing. We will provide further details if needed. Ultimately, we would like to have an overlay site that links to the crm/quickbooks and have a login on our website for that overlay. We would like our clients to be able to have maximum visibilty of what stage the workflow is at for every customer of theirs. This is our biggest goal to accomplish.
