Social Wifi Software - captive portal hotspot for guests, Facebook like, Mikrotik router

I want to provide free WIFI access for guests in exchange for an email address or 'like' on a Facebook page. We want to install an access point where guests can login to surf the web for free. Currently I use [login to view URL] (please read through) on a Linksys. But it lacks the Facebook Login, Likes, Customer information. So, prior to their access, guest must login via Facebook and “like” a Facebook page (Facebook page of a Restaurant or Café business) or fill in their Name, Email and DOB. With Facebook login, you should be able to get the same details to fill the Name, Email and DOB. Need an option to store information store with no duplicate emails. Retrieve the information for marketing. On a second visit, or with another device the guest can login with facebook without liking the page again. Customers has a limited access time (Example, 1/2hr and they get Blocked for Example, 2Hrs). Limit the download speed. To hold upto 1000 random passwords on the Router to use by customers wanting more time after they blocked out. Like on Usemynet firmware. All access password for the owners of the business to use the internet without any time limitations. You may choose any hardware. Something based upon chillispot (Linux, PHP) or open-wrt on a linksys or Mikrotik router. I’m not sure there’ll be limitations on the router option. Prefer to have it on a Mikrotik router. If you accept this project: I would like to receive an estimate of the total price, an end-date. The 2 things that are most important to me is good communication and reliability. Split the complete project in 3 or 4 stages with a price per stage. I will not RELEASE MILESTONE upfront, but I will create milestone payment and release based on your performance and progress.
