I would like a very simple program created for me. I would like it to run on a PC or a Mac (what ever platform is easier to build upon.) This program will do the same exact things as the program on [login to view URL] (the customizer aka the "create your own" program.) The program that allows its user to upload a photo and place it over template of a phone to be printed on. This program will be able to make phone covers for all of the devices that skinit makes covers for. I have all of the template sizes for all of the devices I am talking about. I have attached a picture to show the program they use on [login to view URL] I am in need of this program ASAP so I need a fast turnaround time.
