BUGS TO FIX ON PHP SCRIPT FOR EXPERTS IN PHP/SQL / SERVER ADMINISTRATION

Hello, This project is in TWO PARTS. The most hard and important part is the PART #2. Please READ the requirements at the end of the project FIRST to avoid wasting your time. The servers where the files and the databases are hosted are not usual ones, server management skills with SSH access are required. REQUIREMENTS. 1) GOOD KNOWLEDGES IN SERVER MANAGEMENT 2) EXCELLENT SKILLS IN MYSQL 3) EXCELLENT SKILLS IN PHP Part #1 ============================== I have a statistic PHP statistic script that runs with two databases. 1) one database that hosts sessions (who logged in to the script, who was redirected using a tracking link) 2) second dataabase hosts the details of the users and traffic campaigns Each databases is hosted on a DEDICATED SERVER used for to host the MYSQL database ONLY. NONE of the two dedicated servers have CPANEL or WHM. The database can be accessed through the PRIVATE NETWORK IP address. You must know how to run putty. I need someone who is Export in PHP, MYSQL and SERVER MANAGEMENT because you will be able to access the databases with ROOT logins ONLY! Since yesterday I get the following error for the tracking links supposed to redirect to advertisers sites: Sample: http://domain.com/VFJDSz00OTI= Error: ===================================== UPDATE table_ad SET ad_active='0',fk_groups='2' WHERE dvc >= dailyvisits AND dailyvisits > 0 AND ad_active='1' AND ad_ever_served_half='0' Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction ===================================== I need you to check both databases to find the deadlock and repair it. Part #2 ============================== This script normally runs with 1 DATABASE only. By mistake I pointed the PHP session MYSQL parameters to a clone database hosted on a different server for a few hours and the script does no longer run from the main database now. It gives an error when I point it to the main database when I try to "create a new user or a new traffic campaign". So currently I have to redirect PHP queries related to sessions to database #2 which is a clone of database #1 but hosted on a different server. I need you to make my PHP script work from SINGLE database! I need to have the PHP commands related to SESSIONS run from database #1 so I can delete and remove the database #2 which is a close on the database #1. I don't know if this problem comes with the new database #2 MYSQL configuration or if it's a different between the cloned databases. REQUIREMENTS. 1) GOOD KNOWLEDGES IN SERVER MANAGEMENT 2) EXCELLENT SKILLS IN MYSQL 3) EXCELLENT SKILLS IN PHP THERE IS NO ROOM TO REGULAR CODERS FOR THIS PROJECT. I ALREADY HAD 3 CODERS WHO FAILED BECAUSE THE SCRIPT IS SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED AND EDITED BY SEVERAL CODERS DURING THE LAST YEARS. THE DATABASES SIZE ARE SMALL. TIME TO UNDERSTAND. IF YOU ARE NOT PATIENT DON'T BID! YOU MUST BE COMMUNICATIVE, YAHOO MESSENGER OR SKYPE IS OK FOR POLITE AND MOTIVATED CODERS ONLY. REGULAR UPDATES IS REQUIRED SO I KNOW YOU ARE WORKING ON THE PROJECT. VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT EDIT ANYTHING ON THE CODE WHEN I AM NOT ONLINE ONCE I GIVE YOU ACCESS TO DBS AND FILES. IT'S A HIGH LOAD WEBSITE, ANY SMALL MISTAKE IN THE DATABASE MAY GO CORRUPT THE DATABASES AND REQUIRE RESTORE SO IT REQUIRES ME TO TEST EVERY FEATURE EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A CHANGE. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ON EDIT ANYTHING ON DATABASES AND FTP FILES IF I AM NOT CHATTING WITH YOU ONLINE.
