configure laptop with apache, php etc

I need someone to configure a laptop for a friend of mine - its running Windows XP and needs to run Apache, php and phpMyAdmin etc (plus anything else you consider necessary so that he can test web projects locally): a. Give me links to the latest installations of Apache, phpMyAdmin, and php so I can download them ready for ... b. That same provider will then install the applications and make my laptop a stand alone test bed for my php applications. Nice and simple task .... using RDC or [login to view URL] access - the providers choice. I consider this urgent, and pretty straightforward I just havent got time to sort it myself at the minute.
