Combine some reports within TestLink 1.9.3

I need someone to help combine 2-3 of the canned reports in TestLink 1.9.3 ([login to view URL]) into one report that a user can select and run from within the TestLink Gui. The 2 reports to combine are Test Report and General Test Plan Metrics. The 3rd report is less important but is "Charts". I need to know exactly what needs to be modified and label the report "Evidence of Test". I would think someone more versed in PHP could easily do this with a few include or require statements - but I can be over simplifying the process. Here is some reference were someone did something to create a new report: [login to view URL] Also the Testlink user's manual refers to "How to add a new report" but they don't go into enough details to spell out how I can get to my end result. Note this has to be completed only for TestLink 1.9.3 to ensure compatibility.
