**1. Introduction**
This document contains the system requirements for Creating Company's Staff Wellness Intranet
**1.1 Scope of the Product**
Company's Staff Wellness Website provides features to allow:
* Company's users to switch between the Company's intranet website and Company's Staff Wellness Intranet Website
* HR Manager to post topics/events for discussions.
* Only Company's users to post comments/feedback on the topic(s) after AD authentication.
* Posted comments to display below the content of the topic against the name of that user.
* HR Manager and another user to be a super user/administrator and IT personnel as a support administrator.
* Use of existing Company's survey application with Company's logo.
**1.2 Business Case for the Product**
This product is requested to create a more interactive communication channel between HR and the staff for issues and/or questions relating to staff. It will also allow HR to backtrack user satisfaction on various topics/issues.
**2 User Requirements**
1. HR be able to:
* Post topics/issues and open it for discussion using a feedback/comment form below the topic
* Respond to user comments/questions relating to the topic
* Make available surveys to WAM users and get reports from the survey results
2. Users be able to:
* Post comments/thoughts relating to the issue/topic listed by HR
* Before posting, authenticate to AD
* Fill out and submit available surveys
3 Modules to be built /modified
* Reuse existing Company's intranet website for Company's Wellness website. Replace logo and pictures.
* Add limited blogging feature w/ Active Directory authentication.
* Place hyperlink to navigate from Company's intranet website to Company's Staff Wellness website.
