Animated greeting card in Flash or GIF

Hi everyone, We need a simple animated greeting card in Flash or GIF format. The storyboard we want is either animated characters forming together to spell 2006, or animated characters pushing 2005 off the screen and pushing or pulling 2006 in. Check out <[login to view URL]> for an example of the type of characters we need (bottom of the main screen). We need this to last 5 seconds approximately. This project is scheduled to start immediately, so please please your bids right now! Budget for this project is very small, but there will be lots of ongoing work for the selected bidder. I don't *think* that this will be a problem, I assume it's possible to create in Flash then export to animated GIF. Please place your updated bids placed on the above info.
