Bittorent Client

Using the bittorrent system:

We require software that will allow users to download music/video/pictures that we or one of our clients have added.

The users of the software will have to create an account with us and either credit their account via creit/debit card/paypal or provide us with payment details etc. so payment can be debited automatically when the user downloads a file that is not free.

user should be able to search media by various ways such as name/keyword/type/length/year/client/price etc.

when an item is highlighted details of the item should be displayed to the user such a photgraph or biography etc. aswell as our clients username/logo (client that added the media).

User can add files to download by either double clicking or selecting one or multiple items and selecting download (similar to kazza)

Each item downloaded should be able to be rated by the listener.

using an algorythm supplied by us it should show stats such as number of downloads, paid downloads, ratings and give a chart position for the media.

Users should not be able to add their own torrents to the database however it will locate torrents already downloaded via the software for uploading to other users.

I have made up a mock image of what i am looking for. This is just a quick thing i made up to help descibe my idea, I have probably left out alot from the image but hopefully it will help.

All registration etc. should be done via the software via a secure connection with our server.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
