Hello. I’m looking for someone to create an account on a free web hosting service that lets people use php and mysql. (e.g. [login to view URL]) I’m looking for a web based front end with a database back end for a computer life cycle tracking system. Computer Life Cycle Tracking System It should have the following: Username and password login ??" it should also let people create accounts. It should have first name, last name, telephone number, city, building number, room number A user should be able to input information about computers that will be used for life cycle management ??" Serial number, computer name, processor speed, hard drive size, amount of RAM, primary user, phone number associated with the primary user There should also be a search area to search and display a list of matching computers based on one or more of the above criteria I would also like a word document that explains how to use the system, that includes screen captures, and an entity relationship diagram for the database (yes, I know it’s simple). I also expect the username/password for the website for future maintenance. This is a pretty simple project but I would like it completed quickly (the next day or two). Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
