Consultation how to build a photo community gallery website using Rent-A-coder where registered users can upload photos. The site should include the following Community Site, a membership registration and sign in process Forum Allow user uploads of typical photo formats User should be able to give title and description of photo, tags, location Users should be able to create photo galleries where they can put different photos they upload into different folders, should be able to give title and description Need to keep track of number of views for each photo Need Rating system for each photo where users can vote for each photo from 1 to 5 stars and it shows the average rating for each photo. Automatic make a top ten off all times, this week, day Need to show when photo was posted Comment the different photos and galleries. Easy to make changes in the website, include new features We want to design this site around Rent-a-Coder outsourcing, however we understand that there are a wide range of options such as using open source tools, CMS and hosting it in our data center, to writing the whole thing from scratch. We would like advice on which of these options would be best, what other options there are, and what the pros and cons are of each. Write a report which outlines the available coder tools, libraries, open-source and hosting providers. Describe the pros and cons on different options currently available and what a reasonable price should be, and how much time the different alternatives should take to make the website. Help us to formulate the next bid request.
