Auto Open Nike tweets

Project Description: I am searching for a programmer who will be able to design an app or script that will allow the user to:

1) monitor Nikestores twitter account (10 max) utilizing Twitter's STREAMING API for a specific "New Release" tweet (eg. "#NewRelease The KD V ‘BHM’ is now available [url removed, login to view]" [url removed, login to view]

2) Once such a tweet is posted, the program must instantly open the link (no lag due to using the streaming api)

3) automatically select specified size and add to cart.

I need the program to work on OSX 10.7 and up

Sorry. #3 should say, Automatically send Direct message with specified Hashtag provided and specific message (#Hashtag , First Last Name , Shoe Size)



Ill also need it to open links provided from @nikestore that have the #NewRelease hashtag and automatically add size to cart. I typically use google chrome, however i dont mind using firefox or safari if that makes it easier
