We are looking to develop a video conferencing software to privately communicate with our customers. Either one-to-one video conferencing or one-to-many video conferencing service. Here are the list of basic functions we are looking at for the software to be able to do: - video conferencing - Developer for conferencing software - Customer relationship management (CRM) â?? with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPAA) compliance as needed - Server platform (all 4 integrated) - Account creation (login, logout, and registration and validation) - Posting (include deleting) - Communicating with users via email (as admin) - Managing users and posts (remove, suspend, and highlight as admin) - Technical support for trouble shooting as we go
