Access Database into VB.NET

We have a database application which uses Microsoft Access as a front end and connects to an SQL database. We wish to move this application over to VB.NET and then continue support of the application ourselves so would be requiring all source code. The application is used to manage maintenance, schedule maintenance, jobs, costs, assets and technicians. The application as it stands uses around 50 tables, 120 forms, 90 reports , pivot charts and graphs. The application also shares data with some of our other applications and is capable of sending emails. Successful applicants would require extensive knowledge of VB.net and would need to work in hand with our existing developers to make some improvements to the system along the way. Demonstrations of the existing system can be arranged and a contract would have to be signed before undertaking this project.
