Appraisal Upload

This project consists of providing a convenient and secure method of uploading appraisal orders from Point to Sunset Appraisals. 1. Selects the file to be uploaded from list of existing files 2. Appraisal information is exported to the site and software logs on in the background 3. The information is uploaded to the website as a secure order and mortgage software date ordered field is updated (as provided by the website) 4. Website will provide appraiser’s name and license number and this software will update Point with that data 5. Whenever the client selects this service, a program panel will appear and allow them to adjust the data prior to submitting it to the website 6. This software will be compiled into a downloadable and installable exe so that it can be distributed and installed by clients by downloading from the website 7. A floating task bar that stays with mortgage software and allows a one-button click to send appraisal request. A user interface will provide the following functions: set username / password Sets username and password required to access the secure site. Data is stored in registry (or ini file) configure internet access Configures how program gains access to the internet and the specific website address of the leads location. Determines file name to access Gathers information from Point to determine which file should be used to order the appraisal Pre-order Verification Screen Presents data taken from Point file for final verification prior to ordering appraisal. Allow entry of username & password at this point as well. Appraisal Order Log Adds the appraisal order to a text file log that can be viewed or printed. The order is only logged after confirmation is received from the website. Link to Website Menu will allow a quick link to the Appraisal website through a link button. This will automatically log the user on and present the appraisal status of the prior orders. I will provide a VB6 class to read & write the mortgage software files along with test data and a test account. I don't need fancy GUI. I will customize GUI after the core routines are completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows; Visual Basic 6.0
