Automated Trading

This is the third pass on this project. I think the prior two attempts suffered from a bad description along with a lack of code so programmers weren't sure how much they needed to do. I am providing some code since peices of this are done. This project is to build an automated trading system. I'm breaking it into phases, a lot of the work has been done already. Included in the zip are: Rough design doc with screen shots, references to where to get code to build the engine that will run the strategies (rules), and rough code for the program that has the historical data peice running along with some functions and some of the objects needed.... it should give you a good idea of what I'm looking for. I have additional code to interface with AMTD Streamer for real time quotes that is working fully. I just need to make it into a DLL with a common interface so as I add new real time feeds they all work together. Historical Data feed and Real Time quote feeds must be seperate dlls from the "core code" so that the program can easily be expanded to more brokers. I have all the tools to provide all the post and get data for the broker site, for this program I only need an interface to Ameritrade, should be very straight forward. I can provide post info to place a trade, and the URL of page to scrape for confirmation the trade executed. Read all the docs... if you have any questions send them my way and I'll get back to you ASAP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run under windows 2000 & XP Written in VB.NET
