Need an online booking and payment system that manages a route for a bin lorry and dependant on Postcode , number and type of bin and calculates a cost and then books that customer in to the correct route once they pay by credit/ debit card or paypal. System must prevent booking of customers that do not fall in the correct postcode area. System will also do address checking using postcode and postcode validation. Customers may choose to spread their payments either weekly monthly or yearly. Customers will then be able to log in to administer their account. Reports will be generated for the administrator telling which house holds to call at and which have either cancelled their accounts or payment has failed. The administrator will also be able to administer the accounts and routes all from a desktop VB based app.
