Button Dice Needed (through GDI)

What I need is a dll for a button dice. Enclosed are previous images I had previously. However; this needs to be done through code with no references to COM or any images at all. What is needed is the following properties:
1. Size
2. Position
3. Text
this assumes the length of the text can only be 1
4. ForeColor
default will be blue but can be any color
The one method will be DrawImage(G as Graphics)
It will draw to the graphics object sent in.
Must use GDI. Also; use VB.net 2005 version.
