SIMPLIFIED RE-EDIT of Project description. • All users/researchers are added manually, by me directly in the database. • To read the topics, I should start the program holding say SHIFT key and the program should look for a file in the same dir as the program after a file called, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] if found they should be read and then uploaded to the database to their respective tables. But only when a user has logged in as admin (me), so researchers should not be able to upload teams/topics like that, they should only research them. • NO assignment of topics to users. All topics are visible to all users at all time. • A topic/team research is locked when one users choses to edit it (a non previously edited topic) and when he is finished the topic/team is flaged as finished (still locked) so I can take a look. • users should be able to see how others research and if they see something wrong they can add a note but they can not alter any data themselves. • 2 Ranking lists, one for teamdata and one for topic researches so we list top 10 researchers in each. • webpage reads, this is extra $50, it should be possible to set up a template how data on page is presented for a team and then read for any team by pointing the url in a text field. If you can manage to make it work with a template then templates can be made for other pages as well, but as an example you can use [[login to view URL]][1] as a source to work with.
