debugging existing TCP.dll (.net)

Enclosed is the source code for three projects. One is the custom [login to view URL] that has a bug. The other 2 are sample client/server applications to illustrate the bug. The bug is if the client/server are one different computers (sometimes within the LAN and always with the internet), then the client communication to the server does not work. To see what I mean, the following steps has to be done. First, put the [login to view URL] in the C folder Next, run the server application on one computer then on another computer, run the client application and click the button. I will give access to the test server to the winning bidder to access with testing. The applications must even work when its coming from the internet. You will see nothing happens. Then click the button on the server to stop the server. That will give a runtime error. The problem must be fixed without any code changes to the client.
